Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate the development of architectural and structural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
- Manage the BIM (Building Information Modeling) process, ensuring models are updated and clashes are resolved effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between external consultants, subcontractors, and internal project managers.
- Prepare and track submission documents for necessary regulatory and statutory approvals.
- Provide technical support to site teams to resolve construction-related issues in real-time.
- Review tender documentation and shop drawings for technical compliance and constructability.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including change orders, site reports, and project schedules.
- Ensure all design elements align with local building codes, fire safety requirements, and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or site supervision within Singapore.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and AutoCAD is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Singapore building regulations, code of practice, and submission processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and identify potential design conflicts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
