Responsibility
- Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to refine project requirements and ensure feasibility.
- Prepare detailed construction documents, including specifications, materials, and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure adherence to plans.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design principles into all projects.
- Present design proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies in architecture.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in hospitality or residential sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects is a plus.
