Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections) for retail spaces using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
- Create 3D renderings and mood boards to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to ensure compliance with local building codes and brand guidelines.
- Source and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings for retail interiors.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure design elements within project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, measure dimensions, and oversee installation progress.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including as-built drawings and client approvals.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail interior design or technical drawing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and retail design principles.
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards in Indonesia (a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise with clients and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing retail or commercial design projects (required).
