Responsibility
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear, concise functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of system solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application systems.
- Document system processes, workflows, and specifications for future reference.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Application Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
