Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists to deliver world-class IoT solution support.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across Cartrack’s IoT platforms and applications.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to identify and implement system improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge bases for efficient issue resolution.
- Analyze application performance metrics and proactively address bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
- Ensure SLA compliance and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for integrated IoT ecosystem support.
- Stay updated on emerging IoT trends and technologies to enhance support strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or IoT systems, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting IoT devices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and API integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/Bash), and monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management systems is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a customer-centric approach.
