Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications tailored to client and business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in application development to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards in all development activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in application development, with a strong portfolio of projects or contributions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, and frameworks like .NET, React, or Angular.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Prior experience in consulting or working with global teams is a plus.
