Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technical service strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing technical service team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and service enhancement.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in the APAC region.
  • Strong technical expertise in digital solutions, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
