Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical service strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technical service team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of digital solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and service enhancement.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic investments and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regional and global standards, policies, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in the APAC region.
- Strong technical expertise in digital solutions, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing service strategies that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment and lead remote teams effectively.
