Responsibility
- Lead the clinical operations of the new clinic, ensuring adherence to medical standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to establish a high-quality healthcare service.
- Oversee patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, while maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with the management team to design and execute growth strategies, including marketing, community outreach, and patient acquisition.
- Mentor and train junior medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Engage with local and international patients, providing personalized care and building long-term relationships.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in community health initiatives, wellness programs, and public health campaigns to promote the clinic’s presence and impact.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with full registration and licensure to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, quality assurance, and patient safety standards.
- Experience in start-up environments or new clinic setups is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technologies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
