Responsibility
- Perform GMP-compliant in-process laboratory testing to ensure product quality and regulatory adherence.
- Accurately record, analyze, and document test data in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support quality investigations by identifying root causes of deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to streamline test workflows and improve efficiency without compromising accuracy.
- Assist in the validation and implementation of new analytical methods and procedures for the Greenfield plant.
- Ensure adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align laboratory activities with broader quality control objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in analytical laboratory testing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards for laboratory operations.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, or other analytical instruments.
- Proficient in data analysis, documentation, and reporting using LIMS or similar systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-compliance environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up setting.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
