Coach is seeking a dynamic Allocation Analyst to join our Southeast Asia (SEA) team in the vibrant heart of Kuala Lumpur. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory strategy, ensuring our retail and outlet boutiques are perfectly stocked to meet the high demands of our sophisticated clientele.
As our Allocation Analyst, you will leverage data-driven insights to manage product newness and replenishment across the SEA region. You will work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams to balance inventory levels, optimize sell-through performance, and support the overall growth of the Coach brand. Responsibility
- Execute seasonal product allocation plans for all retail and outlet doors across the Southeast Asia region.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sell-through performance to identify inventory gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to ensure timely arrival and distribution of new collections.
- Manage replenishment orders based on store capacity, historical performance, and regional sales trends.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to mitigate overstock issues and optimize stock rotation.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless product flow and stock availability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on stock health and performance KPIs for senior management.
- Support promotional activities through strategic stock pre-positioning and allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail planning, inventory allocation, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and advanced data modeling).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into clear, actionable retail insights.
- Experience working with retail management software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for the luxury fashion industry and a deep understanding of SEA market trends.
