Responsibility
- Compile and analyze daily performance reports to track key operational and revenue metrics.
- Assist the Business Development team in managing relationships with airline partners to streamline inventory flow.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends in regional aviation and travel demand.
- Monitor competitor activity and assist in benchmarking our platform's airline offerings.
- Support the coordination of cross-departmental projects to optimize ticketing and operational workflows.
- Maintain internal dashboards to ensure leadership has real-time visibility into performance KPIs.
- Prepare presentation materials for strategy meetings and partner reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the travel industry and a strong interest in business development.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a multicultural team.
