Responsibility
- Manage and maintain administrative records, including flight schedules, crew rosters, and passenger manifests.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for airline staff and executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures, as well as local and international regulations.
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating training sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of airline operations or experience in a similar industry is a plus.
