Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily air freight export and import operations to ensure timely shipments.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise closely with airlines, overseas agents, and local transporters to ensure smooth cargo flow.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing status updates and resolving operational issues proactively.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international air transport standards.
- Maintain and update internal logistics tracking systems with real-time shipment data.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor cargo handling and flight scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, and air cargo handling procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
