Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, installation, and testing of aircraft components under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Operate specialized hand tools and calibrated equipment following strict aerospace safety protocols.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure all parts meet FAA and international aviation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in accordance with 5S methodology.
- Document assembly processes and escalate any mechanical discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in ongoing technical training sessions to improve assembly efficiency and proficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematic diagrams.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to operational procedures.
- Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and technical data.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
