Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI infrastructure, data center, and network projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
- Develop and implement technical solutions for large-scale AI and cloud-based systems, optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to proactively address technical and operational challenges.
- Drive customer success by ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value, including post-deployment support and optimization.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships to source, evaluate, and integrate third-party technologies and services.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and data center technologies, and recommend innovative approaches.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project management, with a focus on AI infrastructure, data centers, or network systems.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Kubernetes, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with international scope and travel requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management in large-scale IT projects.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage for international collaboration.
