Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models, specifically focusing on estimation and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Perform feature engineering and selection to improve model precision and performance.
- Conduct thorough model evaluation, validation, and benchmarking against business KPIs.
- Maintain and optimize existing AI models to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Research and implement the latest deep learning and statistical modeling frameworks.
- Document technical designs and provide insights based on model outputs to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with key libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of regression analysis, time-series forecasting, and probabilistic modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model hosting and pipeline management.
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with large-scale relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
