Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of AI models to identify potential biases, ethical concerns, and security vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement data safety protocols, ensuring compliance with global AI regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate safety measures into AI development pipelines.
- Monitor and audit AI systems for performance, fairness, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
- Design and execute testing frameworks to validate AI model robustness and reliability.
- Create documentation and reports on AI safety findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging AI safety trends, tools, and regulatory changes to inform organizational practices.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development, data analysis, or AI safety research.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, bias detection, and model interpretability techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with data governance, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and AI compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies for AI systems.
