Note: This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, Bali.
Responsibility
- Administer and manage agency benefits programs, including commission structures, incentives, and rewards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, and Agency teams) to streamline benefits processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, or opportunities for optimization.
- Provide exceptional support to agency partners and financial advisors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits and commissions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards to track benefits performance and compliance.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits initiatives to enhance agent engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local labor laws.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement in benefits administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, or financial services operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or benefits management systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in managing sensitive financial and benefits data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and financial regulations is an advantage.
