Responsibility
- Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers in the life science, analytical, and water quality sectors.
- Collaborate with ANZ Sales Teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Malaysia and Bali.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Hach’s solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups, consultations, and post-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend product improvements and new offerings.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for aftermarket products and services.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, addressing inquiries related to chemistry, water testing, and analytical instruments.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or technical support within the life science, analytical instruments, or water quality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of laboratory instruments, water testing methodologies, or chemical analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet clients in Malaysia and across Bali.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
