Responsibility
- Manage and execute TikTok Shop Affiliate Programs, including onboarding, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, influencers, and content creators to expand brand reach.
- Monitor affiliate performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials (e.g., banners, links, discount codes) to affiliates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate strategies with broader campaign goals.
- Track conversions, clicks, and sales generated through affiliate channels and report KPIs.
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and affiliate marketing best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting affiliate-related issues and ensuring compliance with program policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing (TikTok Shop experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and their monetization features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with affiliates.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for performance-driven marketing.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
