Responsibility
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and partners aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, and CRM systems.
- Optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and promotional materials for maximum ROI.
- Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and contracts with affiliates.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing technologies.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, and growth opportunities for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or in-house systems).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage affiliate relationships.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
