Responsibility
- Conduct professional one-on-one aesthetic consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable products or treatments.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting high-quality aesthetic solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and aftercare to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and feedback for reporting and analysis.
- Represent the company at trade shows, workshops, and networking events to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, treatments, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and high level of personal grooming to reflect brand standards.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Certification in aesthetics, skincare, or related fields is highly advantageous.
