Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, medical history, and aesthetic goals.
- Administer non-surgical cosmetic treatments such as injectables (Botox, fillers), laser therapy, and chemical peels.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare protocols to ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and clinic staff to develop customized skincare regimens.
- Monitor patient reactions and provide follow-up care to address any concerns or complications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate best practices into treatments.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards in compliance with medical regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) in Indonesia with specialization or certification in aesthetic nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least 1 year in aesthetic/cosmetic treatments.
- Proven expertise in administering injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and their applications.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality.
