As an Aesthetic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient experiences by providing expert consultations, administering advanced cosmetic treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess skin conditions, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, laser therapy, chemical peels) with precision and adherence to protocols.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare to ensure informed consent.
- Monitor patient progress and provide personalized follow-up care to optimize results.
- Maintain meticulous records of treatments, patient feedback, and clinical notes in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with dermatologists and clinic staff to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Uphold strict hygiene and sterilization standards for all equipment and treatment areas.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (STR) in Indonesia with specialization or experience in aesthetic/cosmetic nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics.
- Certification in Botox, Fillers, or Laser Treatments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to cater to an international clientele.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, cosmetic products, and non-invasive procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- High attention to detail, empathy, and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is a plus.
