Responsibility
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners during non-surgical cosmetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels).
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Conduct patient consultations, document medical histories, and explain pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Administer topical anesthetics, skincare products, and assist with minor in-clinic procedures under supervision.
- Manage patient records, update electronic health systems, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA/medical ethics.
- Educate patients on skincare regimens, product recommendations, and follow-up care to optimize results.
- Coordinate appointment schedules, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and industry best practices through continuous training.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field (preferably with aesthetics specialization).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical, dermatology, or aesthetic setting (fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with medical terminology, sterile techniques, and basic dermatological procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse patients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, hygiene, and patient safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving clinic needs.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) is advantageous.
