Responsibility
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments.
- Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices in all procedures.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide post-treatment care instructions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with company policies.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, preventive care, and long-term aesthetic maintenance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as workshops or social media content, to promote SOZO's services.
Qualifications
- Professional medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) with an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field.
- Proven expertise in performing cosmetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Maximum age of 35 years, as per company policy.
