Responsibility
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and chemical peels with precision and care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as needed to ensure optimal results and safety.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and the benefits of Inusa Skincare’s premium products.
- Collaborate with the clinic’s team to develop and implement innovative aesthetic services and protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and incorporate best practices into your work.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all clinical procedures.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in performing aesthetic procedures such as injectables, lasers, and other non-surgical treatments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to delivering natural, high-quality results.
- Familiarity with the latest aesthetic technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
