Responsibility
- Provide advanced medical care and diagnostic services to patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Lead and supervise a team of medical staff, including junior doctors, nurses, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Conduct medical research and contribute to evidence-based practices in collaboration with the research center.
- Oversee emergency response and critical care interventions, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in general medicine, emergency care, or a specialized field relevant to the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
