Responsibility
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess needs, provide expert recommendations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, PRP therapy, and skin rejuvenation.
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance with medical protocols and local regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in medical aesthetics.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, holistic patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and follow up on post-treatment progress.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care to optimize results and minimize risks.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, including patient education sessions and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized institution, with a valid medical license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, with a proven track record in cosmetic procedures.
- Certification in aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, threads) from accredited programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems and clinic management software.
