Responsibility
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including injectables (Botox, fillers), laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs, recommend personalized treatment plans, and ensure safety and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including medical histories, treatment details, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with dermatologists, nurses, and wellness specialists to deliver integrated, high-quality care.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and long-term maintenance strategies.
- Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and ethical standards in all procedures and interactions.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as workshops or social media content, to promote clinic services.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Specialization or certification in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, or related fields (e.g., from recognized institutions like the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in performing aesthetic procedures, with a portfolio of successful cases.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and the latest cosmetic treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision, safety, and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
