Responsibility
- Clinic Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Development & Training: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of aesthetic professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to deliver personalized, five-star service, increasing client satisfaction and retention.
- Business Growth & Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions to attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Financial & Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, budgeting, and revenue streams to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Treatment & Service Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, medical professionals, and industry partners.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to local and international healthcare regulations, mitigating operational risks.
Qualifications
- Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in aesthetic, dermatology, or luxury wellness sectors.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of aesthetic treatments (e.g., lasers, injectables, skincare) and client consultation processes.
- Business Acumen: Strong background in P&L management, sales strategies, and operational efficiency in a service-oriented business.
- People Management: Exceptional ability to lead, train, and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-Centric Mindset: A track record of exceeding client expectations through tailored service and relationship-building.
- Marketing & Branding: Experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand positioning for premium service providers.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields; certifications in aesthetics or clinic management are advantageous.
