Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve KPIs.
  • Optimize paid media strategies through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid management to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Oversee social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and content amplification to boost engagement and lead generation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks to innovate campaign approaches.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting ROI, trends, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managing paid campaigns and SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
