Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise-level projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional team alignment, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, preferably in the ICT or technology sector.

- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
