Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure maximum productivity and a professional workspace environment.
- Manage front-desk activities, including greeting high-level visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing courier logistics.
- Supervise vendor relations, including cleaning services, maintenance, and office supply procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Support the HR and Finance departments with local administrative documentation, expense reporting, and onboarding logistics.
- Organize local corporate events, team-building activities, and meeting schedules for the executive leadership team.
- Maintain a digital and physical filing system in compliance with global semiconductor industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor office budgets and assist in quarterly financial forecasting for facility expenditures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within an MNC or high-tech sector.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory for global communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a high degree of professional integrity and confidentiality.
- Local residency in Bali or willingness to relocate with a deep understanding of local business etiquette.
