Responsibility
- Manage front-desk operations, including member check-ins, bookings, and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of court reservations and memberships.
- Coordinate with the management team to organize tournaments, events, and promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision.
- Assist in inventory management for club merchandise, equipment, and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the club’s premium standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to distribute promotional materials and update digital platforms (e.g., website, social media) with event details.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or front-desk roles (sports/leisure industry is a plus).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning club management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by club operations.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or cash-handling procedures is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
