Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks for property management operations, including lease agreements, tenant communications, and vendor contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including financial documents, property files, and compliance paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure property upkeep and tenant satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and logistics for property viewings, inspections, and meetings.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and invoices to support financial transparency and accountability.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with property management software.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends in Bali is advantageous.
