Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company activities and client meetings
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management

Qualifications
