Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.
- Assist in preparing and submitting government documents and compliance reports.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items to relevant parties.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.

Qualifications
