Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and filing systems to ensure compliance and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports, memos, and correspondence with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff and teams.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and visitor inquiries, with a customer-centric approach.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of workstations and orientation materials.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying administrative bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle multifaceted administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
