Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll processing.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective management.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Monitor and track operational expenses, preparing budget reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, providing professional and timely responses to inquiries.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a security, logistics, or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, or Asana).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with basic HR functions, such as onboarding, payroll support, or employee records management, is advantageous.
- Adaptability to work across multiple locations in Bali, with a willingness to travel as needed.
