Responsibility
- Manage and organize company documents, ensuring accurate filing, retrieval, and confidentiality.
- Input, update, and maintain data in internal systems with high precision and timeliness.
- Coordinate between departments to facilitate communication and streamline administrative processes.
- Prepare and compile regular reports, presentations, and correspondence for management review.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain operational readiness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism.
- Support special projects and events by providing logistical and administrative assistance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 1–2 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
