Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and conferences for the Medical Technology Advisory Committee (MTAC).
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation for MTAC sessions.
- Manage correspondence, reports, and official communications on behalf of the secretariat.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for committee activities and decisions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare professionals, and industry partners.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, briefings, and administrative reports for senior management.
- Monitor and track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Provide logistical support for committee events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare, government, or committee-based environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in minute-taking, report writing, and stakeholder coordination is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
