Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment tracking, vendor communications, and delivery scheduling.
- Prepare and process export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless operations.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels for office and logistical supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and financial documentation as required.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and support payroll processing where applicable.
- Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with export documentation and international shipping procedures is a plus.
