Responsibility
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the administrative team in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative records.
- Assist in inventory tracking and basic supply management for office needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Participate in ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
