Responsibility
- Assist in daily office operations, including document management, filing, and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company work standards and procedures.
- Identify and report operational issues or inefficiencies to the supervisor.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines, prioritizing urgency and importance.
- Support the preparation and tracking of administrative reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
