Responsibility
- Assist in processing and managing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, liaising with logistics teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and update stock inventory, maintaining accurate records and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and communications via email, phone, and other channels with professionalism.
- Support general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
