Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Assist in the organization of company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support project execution.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
