Responsibility
- Ensure all workplace facilities and support systems meet company standards and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain smooth administrative operations.
- Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Manage logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel as needed.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to general affairs.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for administrative functions.
- Provide general administrative support to senior management and other teams as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, general affairs, or office management roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and facility coordination.
