Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wealth management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Assist in client onboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are accurately completed.
- Coordinate and maintain financial records, reports, and databases to support business operations.
- Liaise with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for client and internal meetings.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and logistical arrangements for team activities.
- Support the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial or client-related documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
