Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow within the healthcare institution.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless communication.
- Oversee scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support for healthcare programs and initiatives.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial administrative tasks related to operations.
- Implement and improve administrative processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to data protection policies.
- Provide clerical support, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within healthcare, public sector, or large organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and administrative best practices.
